Sunday baking

Another cold morning, I baked some muffins. This time I didn't follow any recipe and didn't even measure the ingredients. I was just too lazy! But glad that it turned out to be OK!

Here's my Apple, Tofu, Raisin, Maple almond butter muffin.

またマフィンを焼きました。オーブンを使うと部屋が暖まります！最初はほぼ日の、なかしましほさんのりんごのマフィンを作ろうかと思ったのですが、どーしても豆腐を入れたくなり、結局何のレシピも見ずに、しかも計量カップや計りも使用せず、無謀にも適当に作ってしまいました。結果、上の写真のようなマフィンが出来ました。とりあえず何とかなり、安心。でも甘さのほとんどないマフィンになりました。次回への課題。

A packet of maple almond butter is a gift from a friend who has travelled to the States recently. It's from Justin's, good taste and love the package too!

メープルアーモンドバターは友達のアメリカ土産。Justin's というところのものだそう。サイトを見るとジャーに入ったタイプもあり、他にもフレーバーがあり、興味をそそります。パッケージもすごくいい。下の写真のKnead & Squeezeの文字もかわいい。
