It was too warm to drink hot coffee today - actually the weather was almost like a summer! I was happy to stay inside this afternoon at my usual place with a cup of coffee.
久々の更新。すっかり忘れておりました。季節はもう初夏を思わせる陽気で、用事がなくても外に出たくなります。冷たい飲み物が美味しく感じるというのは、体も正直ですねえ。
クロワッサンの最新号が大豆特集で、喫茶店で食い入るように読んでおりましたが、大豆に限らず豆って意識しないとなかなか食べる機会がないのかもしれない。
先日、友人宅でのご飯会でごちそうになったサラダが、豆たっぷりでおいしかったのを思い出しました。上の写真の左がゆで卵とグリーンピース、右の皿がひよこ豆と人参。豆のおいしさをダイレクトに感じる味で、おいしかった。ちなみに1番右端にあるのは豆ではありませんが、キウイとクレソンのサラダ。意外な組み合わせのようですが、合う！
